Editing an Unlisted Open Shelf File Request
User Functionality > Retrieval Orders > Requesting an Unlisted Open Shelf File > Editing an Unlisted Open Shelf File Request

View and edit unlisted open shelf files on orders that you have not completed and submitted from within the Retrieval Order Cart screen.

  1. Select Records Management | Search, Retrieve.  The Search Results screen is displayed.  
  2. Click the Cart button.  The Retrieval Order Item Cart screen opens.
  3. Click an Unlisted Open Shelf File Requests link from the Retrieval Order Cart screen.  The Edit Unlisted File Requests screen opens.
  4. Review the items listed on screen.
  5. Update the information in the File Description 2 field.
  6. Click Update Cart.  The changes to the unlisted open shelf file request are saved and added to the cart.
NOTE:  Once you have completed and submitted an unlisted open shelf file order, you are able to edit and cancel it while it has a status of Submitted for Processing.
